Paolo-
Darin and I went out last Sat to a relatively new restaurant in Fort Mill-
Passion8 Bistro. It is owned by an Italian Chef and his wife. Very good, very fun, and they buy some local and are trying to set up more. Thought you might like to check them out.

Thanks!!! I will take those into consideration! I am forwarding the good news about your friend acceptance to Andy Ciordia so he can post the program of the evening on this website. Please let us know her name if she has a title for the event and if anything is specifically needed ( materials, tools, outfit) Ciao! Paolo

Paolo,
Count me a bonehead. I went to the wrong Earth Fare - even though you plainly said the one in Ballantyne. So sorry to have missed the event. Will definitely make the next one!

I spoke with my friend today and she agreed to be a guest speaker at the February 27th meeting.
